Pam Venné is certified and a proven management style coach, licensed professional counselor and career transition consultant who has established a legacy as a “premier provider” since the early 1990s. Her background includes corporate HR and senior positions at small regional consulting firms that provided leadership coaching as well as career transition services for over 1000 executives and professionals. She has been an active leader at both the local and national board levels of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and President of the local chapter of Association of Career Professionals International (ACP International).

She has been quoted in nationally syndicated articles (Boston Globe, Dallas Morning News, and Salt Lake City Tribune) on executive coaching, career transition and its impact on the family, and retirement issues. Pam received her master’s degree in counseling from Amberton University and bachelor’s degree from North Central College in Naperville, IL. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Texas and a Certified Assessment Based Coach and Certified Manager/Leader Coach through The Behavioral Coaching Institute .
