Donald G. Carter, Executive Vice President   – Our Executive Vice President Donald G. Carter has an MBA, in Organizational Leadership as well as a B.A. in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, from California State University Long Beach. He is an active member in the Rotary Club of Dallas participating as Training Manager for the Veteran’s Career Development Program. Considered an excellent facilitator while providing our resume development and coaching services with continuous success. Being involved in the career consulting industry for several years he started as an intern with a major full service outplacement firm headquartered in Los Angeles he was promoted to Director of Business Operations, where he was instrumental in growing the business along with operating across 4 offices in California and Arizona.

Since being in Texas in 2011 he has received contracts with the Department of Labor facilitating their Transition Assistance Program. His knowledge of cutting edge technology and current best practices allows him to be one of the best and youngest career coaches in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Donald has received awards for sales, customer service, leadership and recruitment. He excelled in track and field events where he was a recruited NCAA Division 1 athlete and team captain.
